Bret Michaels - Pre-Stroke Linked to Brain, Appendix Read more: http://www.tmz.com/#ixzz0ob3G4ok3

Bret Michaels' doctor is now claiming that the "warning stroke" the rocker suffered this week was "most likely" triggered by the effects of his recent appendectomy and brain hemorrhage.

According to Dr. Joseph Zabramski -- Bret’s neurosurgeon at the Barrow Neurological Institute -- both of the previous events can cause a person to enter into a particular state, in which blood clots can form inside of blood vessels, thus causing the "warning stroke."

But Zabramski notes that because Bret reacted so quickly to the symptoms -- and got his ass to a hospital -- doctors were able to diagnose the problem accordingly.

As far as Bret's current state, the Doc tells us, "Bret's brain and body are not yet 100 percent, especially with this recent episode."

Lindsay Lohan in the Clear Over Photo

A spokesperson for the L.A. County D.A.'s office tells TMZ they will not even raise the issue in court on Monday, when Lindsay goes before the judge ... and she has been ordered to appear.

The spokesperson says there is no way this photo can be used in court because there is no way to prove what was on the table.

No surprise to us ... the very first comment when we posted the story was from someone who said there were "obvious lines of blow" -- aka cocaine.

Naomi Campbell Will Likely Be Subpoenaed in War Crimes Case Against Former Liberian President

Naomi Campbell, left, and Charles Taylor, former president of Liberia.

Prosecutors trying former Liberian president Charles Taylor for war crimes are asking judges to subpoena supermodel Naomi Campbell as a witness in the U.N. case against the exiled leader.

Prosecutors filed a motion asking for Campbell’s testimony about uncut “blood diamonds” given to Campbell by Taylor while the two attended a dinner at the home of South African president Nelson Mandela in 1997.

Taylor is currently on trial for war crimes committed during the violent conflict in Sierra Leone during the 1990s. Prosecutors allege that Taylor provided arms and ammunition to brutal rebels during Sierra Leone's civil war in exchange for diamonds. He denies the allegations.

Traditionally mined in a war zone and sold to finance the activities of warlords or insurgents, blood diamonds from Liberia were banned from importation into the United States by President George W. Bush in 2001.

Campbell has previously declined to voluntarily testify in the trial and has consistently declined to speak about the case, telling prosecutors she was "concerned for her safety" and "did not want to involve herself in the case."

But a photo taken by actress Mia Farrow, who is also testifying in the case, shows Campbell with Taylor at the dinner party in 1997. According to BBC News, prosecutors believe the photo, along with Farrow’s testimony and that of Campbell’s former agent linking her to the diamonds, are enough to force her testimony.

According to Farrow, Campbell told her about the uncut diamonds the morning after the dinner party, after Taylor’s people brought the gift to her room in the middle of the night.

Campbell’s former agent, Carole White, provides a similar account of the exchange, saying she overheard Taylor personally tell the model at the dinner that he would give her the diamonds. White said the men threw pebbles at her window later in the night, mistaking her room for Campbell’s, before she let them into the house. White then witnessed Taylor’s men give Campbell “a half dozen” stones.

According to White, Campbell was disappointed when she learned that the stones were uncut.

Farrow told ABC news that Campbell said she would give the diamonds to the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund. The Fund, however, says they have no records of receiving diamonds from Campbell.

Campbell has evaded speaking about the incident on several occasions, growing angry at reporters when questioned about it last month before pushing a camera to the ground. She told Oprah Winfrey in an appearance on the show that she would not discuss the allegations.

“"I don't want to be involved in this man's case -- he has done some terrible things and I don't want to put my family in danger."

Bono Has Emergency Back Surgery

U2 frontman Bono has been hospitalized after having surgery, the band said in a message posted online Friday.

"Bono has today undergone emergency back surgery for an injury sustained during tour preparation training," reads the message on U2.com. "He was admitted to a specialist neurosurgery unit in a Munich hospital, and is under the care of neurosurgeon Prof. Dr. Jorg Tonn and Dr. Muller Wohlfahrt. Bono will spend the next few days there, before returning home to recuperate."

It's unclear how the band’s tour will be affected by Bono's injury. "Once his condition has been assessed further, a statement will be made regarding the impact on forthcoming tour dates," says the message.

American Idol Will Paula Abdul Return for Idol Finale?

It’s no secret that the producers of American Idol like to keep the names of performers on finale night under wraps.

But two things are certain — Crystal Bowersox or Lee DeWyze will be crowned the season 9 champ on Wednesday, and fans will see the last of Simon Cowell before he jumps over to X Factor in 2011.

But a source tells PEOPLE that a special send-off planned for the cranky judge will feature some Idol alums, including a special appearance by Paula Abdul.

And among the superstars taking the stage? Watch for a great performance by Christina Aguilera.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘Lauren Conrad Style’ Cover Revealed

We were thrilled when we first heard back in November that Lauren Conrad would be writing a style book, and we weren’t the only ones that wanted her fashion feedback. Conrad tells PEOPLE exclusively that her new tome was, in fact, inspired by all of her fans. “The first book tour I went on, I had the opportunity to meet thousands and thousands of fans. The majority of the questions were about fashion,” explains Conrad. “It was fun to share all the things I had learned.” So what will you see in Lauren Conrad Style? Besides tons of never-before-seen photos and relatable advice from Conrad herself along with her glam squad, expect “personal stories, live and learn stories,” and yes, even “a couple of high school horror stories.” While Conrad does find wearing cocktail dresses on the red carpet easier than dressing for everyday life, she devotes chapters to every occasion, even deciphering dress codes like the dreaded business casual. Her must-tip: don’t be afraid to take your pieces to a tailor to achieve your perfect fit. “Most of the things I buy are tailored,” she dishes, emphasizing the importance of finding your best fit instead of just following trends. Lauren Conrad Style will hit bookshelves on October 5, 2010, the same date as her third novel Sugar & Spice. Find out more about Lauren’s books at harperteen.com. –Melissa Liebling-Goldberg

Jackson fans to spend night among his possessions

Want to spend a night with Michael Jackson's possessions? The Japanese promoter of a collection of his belongings on display in Tokyo can make that dream come true on the first anniversary of the pop icon's death.

Starting Sunday, fans in Japan are expected to line up for the chance to spend one night inside the Neverland Collection at the Tokyo Tower, which to many is a shrine to the sacred memory of their idol.

More than 300,000 people have flocked to the central Tokyo landmark since the opening of the world's only official Michael Jackson exhibition on May 1.

Jackson's death on June 25, 2009 from cardiac arrest at the age of 50 shocked fans around the world and sparked a new wave of interest in his music, while a documentary film featuring the singer, "This Is It", became a blockbuster cinema hit.

The "King of Pop" was almost as well-known for his compulsive collecting as his songs.

"The idea may sound a bit odd to Western cultures, but in Japan the tradition of being with the remains and possessions of passed loved ones on the anniversary of their passing is an important ritual," said Hiroyuki Takamura of the Tokyo Tower.

Fans who are selected at random will enter the Tokyo Tower venue from 10:30 p.m. on the night of June 25, and will be able to stay until 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

"The chance to spend the anniversary of Michael's passing together with things like clothes he wore, things from his home, countless awards, and iconic video and stage sets will be an unforgettable experience," said Michael Jackson fan Mamiko Morii, who expects to be in line on Sunday.

"I have been to this exhibition more than eight times already and each time I feel more connected to Michael's legacy."

Guests will pay up to $1,000 for the one-time opportunity to sleep on the floor among Michael's belongings.

"Michael Jackson fans religiously visited daily, and many stay inside the venue for six hours or more," said Matt Taylor, producer of the exhibition.

"Many Japanese fans become overwhelmed with emotion when in the presence of so many things precious to Michael and iconic to the rest of the world. People stand fixed in front of artifacts with tears streaming down their face, still trying to come to grips with losing Michael."

American Idol's Casey James on Going Shirtless and "Blue Skies"

Less than 24 hours after being voted off AMERICAN IDOL, semi-finalist Casey James says he’s feeling elated.

“I never really thought a guy like me would make it so far,” explains the 27-year-old Texan native. “I’m still soaking it all in, being grateful for all I experienced.”

Was he surprised to be eliminated? “Surprised?” he echoes. “Like I expected to be in the finals? No. You can’t really ‘expect’ results on AMERICAN IDOL. You’ve got to be prepared for anything. I went into a bunch of Wednesday nights thinking I might be packing up and going home.”

James cites his performance of John Lennon’s “Jealous Guy” as one of his favorites, partly because it let him show a different side of himself. He hesitates when asked which performance he’d most like to have as a do-over, then finally settles on “Blue Skies”, which he did during the Frank Sinatra theme week mentored by Harry Connick, Jr.

He says it was a challenge to put down his guitar and sing with a hand-held microphone, so he’d like a shot at trying it again. “But you know,” he laughs, “I could probably do it over a whole lot of times and still not get it right.”

As for what he’s learned from his IDOL experience, James is still working that through. “So much,” he says. “To have this kind of chance…I learned a whole lot.”

James drove all night to IDOL auditions in Denver at the prompting of his mom, Debra. When it comes to the stir he created during those auditions when he took off his shirt, he has no regrets. “I probably wouldn’t have made it through if I hadn’t done it,” he admits wryly. “I really hadn’t shown them much with my music.”

He claims he didn’t think much about shedding his shirt until hours later during a call to his mom as he was driving home. “She said, ‘You do know this is going to be on TV,’” he recalls. “And that’s when I when I realized…”

Next week’s showdown pits Crystal Bowersox against Lee DeWyze. It will be IDOL’s first mixed-gender finale in four seasons. Casey James sidesteps when asked for a prediction about who will win. According to him, there’s no way to tell what’s going to happen. But he adds, “I’m just looking forward to being there for a really great show.”

As for what’s he’s most looking forward to: “Making my music. Just making my music.”

Suspect arrested in Kate Moss art theft

Investigators in London have arrested a man in the reported theft of artworks from the home of supermodel Kate Moss, police said Friday.

Newspapers in Britain reported Friday that three works of art, including a portrait worth the equivalent of $115,000 (£80,000) were stolen Thursday from her London house while she was asleep upstairs.

Moss, whose slight frame was at the forefront of the waif look in the mid-1990s, is now nearly as well known for her celebrity lifestyle as her modeling career.

Some outlets reported that the burglar stole a piece by elusive British street artist Banksy. He is famous for painting stenciled graffiti in public places, often overnight, before anyone realizes he's been there. His public art has appeared across London and Britain and his gallery paintings can reach into the six figures.

This week, London police appealed for more information about the theft this month of two Banksy prints worth more than the equivalent of $23,000 (£16,000) from an art gallery in central London's Soho neighborhood.

The prints, both limited-edition and signed by the artist, were stolen after thieves broke through the gallery's front window, police said.

When asked about the Moss reports, a spokesman for London's Metropolitan Police would only say that police were investigating a residential burglary Thursday in central London.

"A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and is in custody at a north London police station," a police spokesman said.

British police customarily do not release detailed information about investigations if someone has been arrested or charged.

'Shrek Forever After': Where's the magic?

Midlife crises cause some men to buy Stratocasters or dump old spouses. In the case of the fat green alpha male in "Shrek Forever After," the chafe of marriage and fatherhood has led the celebrity ogre to romanticize the bad old days when he was a bachelor swamp thing who scared the populace witless.

So when the devious magic-broker Rumpelstiltskin (voiced by Walt Dohrn) offers a deal that includes a day of freedom, Shrek (Mike Myers) accepts. Bad move. Rumpel is the evil twin of Clarence the good angel in "It's a Wonderful Life." He effectively turns Shrek into Jimmy Stewart's George Bailey, horrified into action -- and repentance -- by the vision of what the kingdom of Far Far Away would have become had he never been born and Rumpel ruled the world.

There's a soft, middle-aged complacency to the well-oiled mechanics of "Shrek Forever After," the fourth and (possibly but never say never) last episode of the now classic spoofy animated fairy tale based on William Steig's beloved 1990 children's book.

The plump green princess bride Fiona (Cameron Diaz) is back, as are Shrek's motormouthed buddy Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and the suave feline Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas). But what was once a fresh, self-referential twist on the vulturish consumption of pop culture when the first "Shrek" debuted in 2001 has become a lazy corporate tic.

Talking over the heads of kids, the enterprise counts on adult audiences to forgive the unoriginal storytelling and, one more time, settle for the game of spot-the-reference, never mind that the references crib from the works, songs, catchphrases, and punchlines of others for their charms. (The hip-by-proxy syndrome includes a pile-on of current pop culture darlings to voice secondary characters, including "Mad Men's" Jon Hamm, "Glee's" Jane Lynch, and Craig Robinson from "The Office.")

Everyone involved fulfills his or her job requirements adequately. But the magic is gone, and "Shrek Forever After" is no longer an ogre phenomenon to reckon with. Instead, it's a "Hot Swamp Time Machine." B-

Lindsay Lohan arrest warrant dropped after $100,000 bond paid

An arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan issued Thursday morning was withdrawn after a representative for the actress-singer posted her $100,000 bond, a Los Angeles Sheriff's spokesman said.

Lohan's lawyer must appear in court Monday morning when a judge will set the date for her probation revocation hearing, Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitemore said.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel revoked Lohan's probation and issued a bench warrant for her arrest after she failed to appear at a hearing on Thursday.

Lohan missed the hearing because her passport was lost while in France, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said.

It was not immediately clear if Lohan is required to attend Monday's hearing at the Beverly Hills, California, courthouse, Whitemore said.

Holley said Lohan was issued a temporary passport by the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France, on Thursday and will fly back to the United States as soon as possible.

Revel ruled there was "probable cause to believe (Lohan) is in violation of probation" from a 2007 drunk driving conviction.
Lohan's father, who has had a well-publicized fight with his daughter, attended the hearing but was not allowed to speak. Michael Lohan sent the judge a letter asking that his daughter be ordered to enter a drug rehabilitation program instead of jail.

Lohan cannot drink alcohol until a full hearing on her probation revocation, Revel said. Lohan will be fitted with a bracelet to detect if she has been drinking, the judge said.

Random drug testing also will be performed on the actress, because of previous evidence she was under the influence of cocaine, Revel said.

"I warned her before," the judge said. "She knew it was very serious."

After the hearing, Holley suggested the judge was being tougher on Lohan because of her celebrity.

"She's got an excellent progress report from the alcohol program," the attorney said. "She's done 10 of the 13 classes that she was ordered to do, so you might say that's not a stellar performance but the fact is it's along the lines of most people in the alcohol program."

The judge told Lohan last fall that although she wanted Lohan to have her career, the actress could not "thumb your nose" at the court.

Lohan traveled to France this week to promote her newest movie role as the 1970s porn star Linda Lovelace.

She had planned to return from Paris on Tuesday.

Holley said Lohan's passport may have been stolen, and "they think they know who stole it."

The prosecutor said Lohan should be asked to show documents to prove she had booked a return flight earlier in the week.

The purpose of Thursday's hearing was to determine if Lohan has been attending weekly alcohol counseling sessions ordered by Revel.

The judge said Lohan must attend one class a week, unless she is given court permission to adjust the schedule for her work. Lohan never asked for permission, Revel said.

Lohan was arrested twice in 2007 on charges of driving under the influence and in the second incident also was charged with cocaine possession.

The first arrest came after Lohan lost control of her Mercedes-Benz convertible and struck a curb in Beverly Hills.

Two weeks after checking out of a Malibu drug and alcohol rehab facility, she was arrested again in July 2007 after a woman called Santa Monica police, saying Lohan was trying to run her down with a car.

Lohan was sentenced to three years of probation after she entered guilty and no-contest pleas to the charges.

Lohan's acting career, which started at age 10 on a soap opera, took off on the big screen a year later when she played identical twins in Disney's "The Parent Trap."

Since then, she has starred in at least a dozen movies, including "Georgia Rule" with Jane Fonda in 2007.

Her pop music career, boosted by her movie roles, has faded recently. Her last album was released in 2005.

10 odd celebrity endorsements

Sometimes, I suppose, even celebrities need a few extra bucks. Maybe they want to buy a new Benz or a house in the south of France or add a bowling alley to the basement of their mansion? Whatever their motive, many turn to advertising when singing, acting or modeling gigs start to dry up.

Usually, they just stand around and talk about the product and the commercial isn't too much of a stretch. But some celebrity endorsements have left us scratching our heads. Take Dita von Teese who, this summer, is teaming up with Perrier for their new "paparazzi" line. We aren't really sure what burlesque and paparazzi have to do with sparkling water but, hey, it'll probably work. Here are nine more star hucksters peddling strange wares.

The Frisky: 10 hottest Hollywood moms over 40

Carrie Bradshaw is so PC now

In "Sex and the City," columnist Carrie Bradshaw does all of her writing on a Mac. She's been shown typing away on it for many, many years -- through all the seasons and the first movie. But in "Sex and the City 2," Bradshaw will be using an HP because of a partnership with Hewlett-Packard. She'll also be showing up in some of their television commercials, print ads, outdoor ads and online ads. Some of the other characters in the movie will be representing the product, too. And they think die-hard fans won't notice the switch?

King of Darkness' soft spot for butter

Ozzy Osbourne did a spot for ... butter. Well, actually, it was for "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter," which is a combination of chemicals meant to resemble butter. Still, who'd have guessed this old rock star would be doing food ads? Perhaps they paid him in alcohol? At least they didn't have him spread the stuff on a bat.

Punk icon turned insurance salesman

Iggy Pop showed up in a commercial for Swift Cover, which is some kind of insurance for your insurance. That's pretty strange in and of itself but the ad featured Iggy dancing, twitching and sweating while standing topless in front of a purple screen and saying weird things through a clenched, wrinkly jaw. This is a good way not to sell a product.

Designer Coke

In April, Karl Lagerfeld teamed up with Coke, designing a new and very pretentious-looking Coca-Cola "Light" bottle, to be sold at $5 a pop. Not surprisingly, it is a chic combo of black, white and pink and has a picture of Lagerfeld on it. Die-hard fans can purchase the $80 boxed set at the exclusive Colette boutique in Paris, which comes with one bottle of Lagerfeld's Coca Cola "Light," a display box, and a bottle opener. Or, you Coke fans just buy a regular bottle of Coca-Cola for $.99?

Water does her hot body good

We all know hot models and celebs move products off shelves, but now even bottled water companies are using super hot stars to push their products. Recently, Jennifer Aniston teamed up with Smart Water and their new ad shows the 41-year-old actress posing with rock-hard abs and a big bottle of the pricey water. The ads call Smart Water Aniston's "workout partner," but, let's face it: it's just water, which is basically everyone's workout partner.

Twilight star's titillating print ad

Ashley Greene, who played Alice in "Twilight," also did a weird stint for advertising all in the name of "healthy" water. She wore a painted-on swimsuit (and nothing else but paint) that made her look like she was covered in scales for SoBe's Lifewater, a calorie-free drink that's sort of like water, but it's not.

Alice Cooper eats peas for cash

In one of the weirdest duos I've seen in a long time, Alice Cooper paired up with British TV star Ronnie Corbett to do a spot for Britain's Sky TV Channel. I was too busy watching Cooper and Corbett converse and stuff peas and potatoes in their faces to figure out what the commercial was actually for. It certainly doesn't help that the dialogue in it is incredibly difficult to understand.

The Frisky: How celebrities get in shape for summer

Fred Flintstone sold cigarettes

About 40 years ago, Fred Flintstone was pushing Winston Cigarettes. The commercial shows Fred going into a cave to buy some cigs. Then, he gets into a conversation with the shop owner about how awesome Winstons are. He proudly claims he'll never smoke anything else. That is, until scientists found out cigarettes cause cancer and he switched to hawking kids' vitamins and mac n' cheese shapes.

Gorbachev's political pizza spot

Although former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev isn't technically a celebrity, his commercial for Pizza Hut in 1997 was just too weird not to mention here. The ad, which is subtitled, features Gorbachev chowing down in a very rustic-looking pizza restaurant while people praise his political prowess. The whole thing was meant to promote Pizza Hut's "the edge" pizza, which had toppings that went all the way to the edge of the crust. Huh?

Michael Jackson Appearance Triggers Suit

Photographer Stephen Winick claims he was brutally attacked by security guards hired by Christian Audigier of Ed Hardy fame during his 50th birthday party. Michael Jackson attended the bash, which was thrown at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A.

In Winick's lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, he claims he innocently snapped a pic of Jackson, but Audigier was upset and wanted to delete the photo. So Winick claims Audigier unleashed his guards, who then allegedly beat the crap out of Winick.

Winick says one of the guards yelled "gun, gun" to amp up the attack.

In addition to Audigier, Winick is suing Ed Hardy, the museum and the guards. He wants unspecified damages.

'Real Housewives' Son Arrested

0520_ryan_vieth_BookingMore real life drama for the "Real Housewives of Orange County" -- this time, Tamra Barney's son is behind bars after cops made a major discovery during a minor traffic stop in the OC.

TMZ has learned Ryan Vieth -- whose traffic problems have been chronicled on the show -- was taken into custody Wednesday night after cops pulled the guy over ... and then learned there was an active warrant out for his arrest.

Law enforcement sources tell us Vieth had missed a recent court appearance in connection with a prior traffic problem -- so he became a wanted man.

Ryan is being held on $15,000 bail -- he's scheduled to face the judge later today.

Lindsay Lohan -- One if By Land, Two if By Sea

Beverly Hills' flakiest probationee got off a yacht in Cannes this morning -- at around 7:30 AM to be specific ... after a night of partying.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay has booked a flight that will take her back to L.A. tomorrow, but who knows if she'll actually board. We're told Lindsay is asking around for a private jet to ferry her home. So far, no one is biting.

Lindsay is scheduled to be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM -- but we're filing that under "Believe it when we see it."

Inside Story: How Seth Green and His Wife Fell in Love

It helps for a couple to have romantic chemistry. For Seth Green and his new bride Clare Grant, romance came after a shared passion for comic books, television and fast food.

Green, 36, and Grant, 30, first met in 2007 at the reopening of their favorite comic book store, Golden Apple Comics, where Green was on-hand to sign autographs and Grants was photographing the event.

"We met that night but didn't have the opportunity to connect," he tells PEOPLE. "Then we met each other a second time at Comic-Con. We both had so much in common and kept running in to each other throughout the week."

After a mutual friend passed Grant's phone number to Green, the two met up for, as Green puts it, "a play date."

Grey’s Goes Out with a Bang!

Thursday’s Grey’s Anatomy finale was killer — literally and figuratively …

Caution: spoilers ahead.

It started like any other shift — critical patients, wisecracks, lovers’ quarrels (even another guest star, Mandy Moore, did her best sick-girl impersonation since A Walk to Remember) — except that Meredith discovered she was pregnant and was on her way to tell a bummed Derek, with Yang following, when they were told a gunman was on the loose and the hospital was on lockdown.

Mr. Clark, the widow suing for his wife’s wrongful death, intended to hunt down those responsible — the ex-Chief, Der and Lexie — but when he got lost and asked Reed for directions, she got dropped. Alex was the next victim, but managed to crawl to the elevator. Mark and Lexie found him and performed crude surgery on a conference table. Lexie seemed to fall harder for her patient, but he deliriously babbled about bacon and — ouch! — Izzie leaving him.

A nurse, security guard and doc were mowed down before Clark got to the room where Bailey and Percy were hiding. He was blasted after admitting his surgeon status, so Bailey said she was a nurse when he dragged her out from under the bed. She frantically tried to save her co-worker with Mandy’s aid but couldn’t get him to an O.R. She freaked, then put on a brave face while he died in her lap.

Meanwhile, Clark’s confrontation with Der on the catwalk ended in shots fired. Mer witnessed the scene, ran to him and begged him not to die. When they couldn’t find any attendings, Avery encouraged Yang to operate. Owen went back in for her after Teddy told him it was okay to choose one, only to find Clark telling Yang to let Der die at gunpoint. They each argued why Clark should shoot them. Mer’s argument (wife, sis, daughter-like to his targets) was the most compelling, but Owen charged him before he could fire and got himself wounded. Avery tricked him into thinking Der died and after he left, Yang begged Mer to save her guy while she saved hers. In a terribly sad moment, Mer miscarried while working on Owen and seemed resolved not to tell her hubby, who Yang saved, about it.

During another run-in with Clark, Arizona was frozen in fear while Callie coolly convinced him to leave them alone. This made Callie realize she could live without kids if she had Arizona. But the moment converted Arizona in their baby debate. The ex-chief snuck in, found Clark in his wife’s room and channeled the boss he used to be to convince Clark to use his last bullet on himself. His redemption was complete when he turned down the flask.

Sandra Diaz-Twine: ‘I Am the Queen of Survivor!’

Of the three components to Survivor — outwit, outplay, outlast — the latter was key to Sandra Diaz-Twine‘s win over Micronesia champ Parvati Shallow and two-time Sprint Fan Favorite Russell Hantz on Heroes vs. Villains. But the bank-teller, who is based in Norwalk, Conn., knows her victory here and in the Pearl Islands comes with haters who say she’s nothing but a non-immunity-winning coattail rider. Diaz-Twine spoke to PEOPLE about what she wishes people got to see of her strategy and what she thinks Russell did wrong. –- Cynthia Wang

Russell says he should have won Heroes vs. Villains and the Fan Favorite award proves that.
He says the same thing all day long — he won and the game is flawed. And I’m just like, fool, you don’t know how to play. Just because you saw a DVD of Micronesia and you played in Samoa, that makes you an expert? I’ve been watching Survivor since the first season, you know? I take a bit of every season, of every winner, all the dos and don’ts, and I have a winning combination and he doesn’t understand that.

Was there any way Russell could have won?
Anyone who goes up against him will automatically win. Now I did want Russell out, but then when you look at it, you’re like, wait a minute. If a Hero makes it, they will automatically get all those votes, so it was a big hustle. But then after a while it was like, man, Russell is so bad, because a lot of times he would say, ‘Hey, Parvati, Danielle, let’s go under the shelter and have some laughs,’ and he’s sitting there in front of Colby, Rupert, Amanda and Candice reading JT‘s letter not knowing that hey, these people wrote this letter together, so when you laugh at JT because he handed it to you, you are laughing at all of them. So there was a bunch of things he did wrong.

People say you didn’t really have a strategy or make moves. Anything we may have missed in the edit?
For example, on day 35, the night that Danielle went home, that night I told Rupert, ‘I’ll never write your name down.’ Then we go to tribal council and the big fight happens and I end up writing Rupert’s name down. So Rupert was mad and in the morning, I’m like, Rupert, it’s okay, we can still get rid of Russell,’ and Rupert is like, ‘Who, you me and Colby?’ And I’m like, ‘No, just me and you,’ and he says to me, ‘Russell’s coming,’ so I left and he turns and runs and goes and tells on me, after I was planning on giving him my idol to save him to get rid of Russell.

Can you give an example of your style of play and your thinking process out there?
On minute No. 1, Randy comes up to me and he’s like, ‘We’ve decided Parvati goes home first.’ I’m like, ‘Who’s we decided? You know that I like to be in the majority.’ He’s like, ‘She’s got to go because she was a winner,’ and I’m like, ‘This dummy did not watch my season!’ How do you tell me some crap like that? I was like, ‘Randy, who is this ‘we decided?’ Because I wasn’t part of ‘we decided.’ I was like, ‘hell, no!’ So I went and told Parvati. It’s true they’ve been after her since the beginning and I just said, ‘You know what? As long as she’s in the game, they don’t come after me.’

So you don’t need to win immunity challenges to be on top?
Yeah, I’m weak, but being weak actually freaking works! People can say I’m wrong, but Colby was dominant and he had won the most challenges for one guy. Then they got rid of him on All-Stars because he was such a threat and then this time he came back and he wasn’t doing so well, and we merged, and people were like, ‘We got to get rid of JT, then we got to get rid of Amanda, and then Rupert with his broken toe, then Colby.’ So look what just happened. Colby’s performance actually put him at the end, farther than Rupert’s broken toe!

So you are the Queen of Survivor?
I am the Queen of Survivor! Although I’m a Villain, I’m the nicest winner and to me, my social game is what always gets them at the end.

"The crowd went crazy when Jake entered," a source says, adding that the ladies sitting next to him seemed especially starstruck. Gyllenhaal thanked the fans for their support, then joked about a certain movie (starring Sarah Jessica Parker) that's opening the same weekend. "This," Gyllenhaal told his admirers as he pointed to his body, "is the real Sex and the City!"

• Glee's Lea Michele brought her costars to check out Broadway's American Idiot – a musical starring her beau Theo Stockman. The actress, who's already been spotted there, took Chris Colfer, Amber Riley and Jenna Ushkowitz backstage after the show. Also backstage: Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong, who wrote the show's music.

• AnnaLynne McCord, hanging with sister Angel at Drai's Hollywood. The ladies walked through the club, greeting their friends, stopping everywhere – by the fire pit, the dancefloor and, finally, at a table with friends. After playing social butterflies for a bit, the sisters snuck out on the early side.

• Leonardo DiCaprio and his entourage showed up at new L.A. hot spot Las Palmas for a lively night after attending the Maxim Hot 100 party. The usually reserved actor was drinking vodka (from the bottle) and bopping to the music, chatting with pals like Kevin Connolly and Stacy Keibler. The group stayed out past closing time, then continued the party at a friend's house in the Hollywood Hills.

Lindsay Lohan No Longer Facing Arrest

Lindsay Lohan won't have to fear an arrest when she returns to Los Angeles from the Cannes Film Festival.

The court lifted an arrest warrant Thursday that was issued against the actress just hours earlier after she pulled a no-show for a progress review hearing, a court clerk confirms to PEOPLE.

The actress, 23, posted $100,000 bail, paying a bail bondsman $10,000 for the bond, to ensure her appearance at a new hearing date set for Monday morning.

Earlier in the day, Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel that her client's passport was stolen while at the film festival, but Revel rejected that as a valid excuse and issued the warrant.

Bret Michaels Hospitalized with 'Warning Stroke'

Bret Michaels suffered a serious setback in his recovery from a brain hemorrhage, experiencing a small "warning stroke" that sent him to the hospital, where tests then revealed he also has a hole in his heart.

Both conditions are treatable and are not believed to be connected to his subarachnoid hemorrhage. But his doctor questioned whether Michaels can return as hoped to the May 23 finale of Celebrity Apprentice or to a concert on May 28.

"Without a doubt he is very determined to get healthy and make a 100 percent recovery. Medically speaking it is a fantastic attitude both mentally and physically for him to have," neurosurgeon Dr. Joseph Zabramski says on Michaels's Web site. "However, Bret's brain and body are not quite 100 percent yet, especially with the hole found in his heart."

Jennifer Hudson’s Weight Loss: How She Did It

Once a size 16, Jennifer Hudson is now reveling in her new size 6 body, telling PEOPLE, "I’m in the best shape of my life!"

After giving birth to her son last August, Hudson, 28, had to drop her post-pregnancy pounds for her next movie role as Winnie Mandela. "Whatever it takes to morph into a character I’ll do it," says Hudson.

But the star went about her weight loss in a healthy way by working out with trainer Harley Pasternak and learning about portion control through Weight Watchers’ point system (Hudson became the official spokesperson for the weight loss plan earlier this year).

Volcano separates Kim Kardashian from her beauty team

Lost luggage while flying is one thing. But lost stylist, makeup artist and hair stylist?

That's what happened to Kim Kardashian this weekend when ash from the Icelandic volcano canceled her flight to Monaco -- after her beauty team called the "glam squad" -- had already left ahead of her on another flight.

"I guess no Monaco :-(" she Tweeted, trying to make the best of the situation. "Better safe than sorry! Just glad the airlines are being extra careful, hope everyone is safe traveling!"

The now-grounded Kardashian says, "Gym time baby! Time to get back on track!"

NBC takes U-turn with fall lineup after Leno

NBC learned fairly quickly that Jay Leno at 10 p.m. was not hitting the sweet spot with viewers.

But will several brand new scripted shows do any better? As broadcast networks battle it out for prime-time viewers, the peacock network is rolling the dice by returning to what once made it famous: dramas.

"This new schedule brings NBC back to basics with its commitment to quality scripted programming," said Jeff Gaspin, chairman of NBC Universal Television Entertainment. "Our new shows are distinctive and feature a combination of the biggest talent, the brightest new stars and the strongest auspices in television."

Quality scripted TV and creating stars was what NBC was known for. The 10 p.m. time slot was once hallowed.

It was the home of such beloved shows as "St. Elsewhere" and "E.R." So, it was a huge gamble when the network moved Jay Leno from host of "The Tonight Show" to his own 10 p.m. show.

The decision proved disastrous, with the network very publicly reversing its decision by kicking Conan O'Brien out of "The Tonight Show" host chair and bringing Leno back -- touching off the late-night talk show wars and riling up a nation of "Team CoCo" fans.

It also gave media types a great deal to write and talk about in terms of how the network would plan its rebound.

"Stripping the 10 p.m. hour with a talk show that duplicated a lot of other talk shows that were already on later: not that great," wrote Linda Holmes in NPR's Monkey See column. "Bygones, right?"

Bygones indeed.

The recently announced NBC schedule includes a new franchise of an old standard and drama from an Emmy award-winning executive producer who has brought ratings gold to another network and plenty of excitement to the cinema.

"Chase" will be a freshman drama from Jerry Bruckheimer, whose company is behind the successful CBS "CSI" franchise and the "Pirates of the Caribbean" films. It will occupy the 10 p.m. slot on Mondays.

In what is sure to be viewed by some as a nod to the success of the location-based "CSI" franchise, "Law & Order: Los Angeles" will occupy the 10 p.m. slot on Wednesday nights, even as its namesake leaves the air after almost 20 years.

NBC is bringing back "Parenthood" for a 10 p.m. Tuesday slot and will offer new shows, the romantic anthology "Love Bites" on Thursdays and the Jimmy Smits-starring/O'Brien-produced drama "Outlaw" on Fridays.

Robert Thompson, founding director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture at Syracuse University, said the new NBC schedule is a case of "when something you try goes really, really badly, follow it up by doing the opposite."

Sure it's different, but will it work for NBC?

"It's not necessarily the most rational thing to do," Thompson said. "I don't know that the failure of Jay Leno demonstrated that people would not watch a five-day-a-week program like that at 10 o'clock. It proved that they would not watch Leno and that that particular show wasn't very good."

But NBC seems to be counting on the new 10 p.m. lineup in addition to new scripted shows like "Undercovers," a spy drama about a married couple, and "The Event," about a man who investigates the mysterious disappearance of his fiancée.

The slew of new comedies and dramas makes sense, strategically: In a nutshell, post-Jay Leno Show, NBC's executives have only one season to prove they can make new hits before getting taken over by Comcast, writes TIME's TV critic James Poniewozik. "So they're throwing everything they can at the wall, whatever the cost, in hopes that something (hopefully several somethings) will break out."

NBC's predicament seems the exact opposite of rival network Fox, which also announced its fall lineup.

Whereas NBC is looking for a do-over and hoping folks strip the Leno debacle from their memory, Fox appears to be playing to its strengths by launching a Tuesday comedy night anchored by its break-out hit "Glee" and expanding the juggernaut "American Idol" from 60 to 90 minutes.

Fox is bringing back its buzz-worthy shows like "Fringe," "Bones" and "Lie to Me," while adding four comedies: the animated "Bob's Burgers," "Mixed Signals," "Raising Hope" and "Running Wilde." It's also adding three dramas: "Lonestar," "Ride-Along" and "Terra Nova."

Thompson said other broadcast networks might soon take a page from Fox in doing away with the 10 p.m. time slot altogether as successful cable series continue to erode the audience numbers with fewer episodes, which also means shows that are produced more cheaply.

"We've seen some of the networks already give some of their time slots back to the affiliates," he said. "Fox doesn't have to program as much as the original three networks because they don't have that [10 p.m.] time slot, and I wouldn't be surprised to see another network follow suit. NBC's first attempt to solve the economies of modern television's problem was the Leno idea and that didn't work."

Blanchett: I can take my husband's criticism

We hear this often from thespians of all kinds, but Cate Blanchett let it slip during an interview with W magazine in a way that proved she doesn't take her public perception too seriously.

“Some people get you and some people don’t, and to spend your life trying to make people understand how deep and complex and varied you are — I think that way lies madness," Blanchett said.

The actress, currently starring opposite Russell Crowe in Ridley Scott’s “Robin Hood,” often finds herself working with her husband, playwright Andrew Upton. The couple has signed on to a second three-year gig as artistic directors of the Sydney Theatre Company.

“We’re really open,” Blanchett said of their working relationship. “I have friends — she’s an actor/writer married to a director — and she was horrified when we said we were going to work together. She said they don’t talk about work because they don’t want to venture into the territory of being criticized by your partner. But I know what to do with the criticism.”

Besides, Upton is the one who keeps Blanchett honest, like the time he warned her after the success of “Elizabeth” that she probably had about five years left. “He was preparing me for the time when the work dries up, as it invariably does,” Blanchett said.

That hasn’t exactly happened. Blanchett has been in more than 20 films in the past decade, and she’s still at it, currently filming “Hanna” with “Lovely Bones” actress Saoirse Ronan.

Michael Jackson -- My Dog Ate My Creditor's Claim Read more

A guy who worked with Michael Jackson for roughly 40 years is begging a judge to accept a creditor's claim 4 months after the deadline -- because, well, he didn't know it was due!

Richard Arons -- one of Michael's old managers -- claims MJ's estate never informed him that he needed to file a claim to continue getting the royalty checks he had been pulling in for years.

In the docs, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, Arons claims by the time he learned he needed to file the paperwork, the deadline had passed ... and dude doesn't want his money well to dry up!

Now, Arons wants a second chance -- we'll see if the excuse flies with the judge.

LeBron's Lawyer: Mom Not Scoring with Teammate

the sports blog that first reported on Friday that LeBron's mother Gloria was allegedly sleeping with Delonte. In the email, Frederick Nance -- attorney for LeBron and Gloria -- says the report is "categorically false and per se defamatory." Nance adds, "No thinking person could possibly believe such rubbish."

The report -- which also spread as a viral email -- was supposed to explain the Cleveland Cavaliers' playoff loss to the Boston Celtics with this theory: LeBron finds out about Delonte and his mom before game 4 ... Cavs go on to lose games 4, 5, and 6.

The guys at terezowens tell us, "We think it's a little fishy that they waited almost 4 days to fire this off." They say they stand by their source, and they're consulting with their lawyers. The story is still up on their site ... for now.

Caught in the Act!

• Miley Cyrus bid farewell to her popular Disney series Hannah Montana with a casino-themed bash at h.wood, an L.A. lounge. Joined by her castmates, including Emily Osment, the actress was running around, dancing and singing along as the deejay spun songs like her hit "Party in the USA." Revelers also enjoyed sushi, hot dogs and fries and a doughnut cart. As for special drinks, guests sipped on blended iced tea. Will Smith also briefly stopped by to drop off his kids, Willow and Jaden.

• Charlize Theron, standing in line at the concession stand at L.A.'s ArcLight Theater before catching a late-night showing of Iron Man 2 with a male pal. The casually-dressed actress picked up a Dove ice cream bar before taking seats in one of the back rows of the balcony. But the ice cream may have proved more enticing that the movie: Theron and her pal snuck out of the theater well before it ended.

• Just before 1 a.m. on Saturday, Drew Barrymore and some pals were spotted enjoying experimental musician Flying Lotus' set at L.A.'s Echoplex. Barrymore and her friends were led up to the stage, where they watched the concert from the side.

• Lady Gaga, chatting over dinner and rose champagne at Mr. Chow in New York after performing at Carnegie Hall. "She was very relaxed, stayed late into the evening and seemed to really unwind," a source says.

• Also in New York: Taylor Swift shopped with friends at Rugby Ralph Lauren downtown. The singer left with three large bags of clothes and even walked out of the store wearing one of her new purchases: some sunglasses.

They all get girlfriends.

Should I have said Spoiler Alert?

Here's Pauly D and Vinny of Jersey Shore posing with their "girlfriends" in Miami because apparently MTV's going to shoehorn in a storyline that doesn't involve these kids forgetting what their nicknames are and/or drunkenly banging Cuban immigrants as they wash ashore. "I'm pretty sure I'm Cannoli and you're Andy Garcia Jr. Now help me tip this raft over, dawg, because you know I gots to be gettin' laid."

(As for Snooki, everyone finally acknowledges she's a sea lion and drop her into the harbor in hopes she'll find her real family. She's killed three days later by the propellor of a speedboat. There was Cool Whip on board.)

Miss USA pretended to strip. BURN HER!

Rima Fakih, the Miss USA 2010 winner who's "flushing our society down the toilet" by winning a beauty pageant according to white people with the Internet, apparently competed in a pole-dancing contest for Detroit's Mojo in the Morning radio show in 2007 which is now being investigated by pageant officials. RadarOnline reports:

Mojo said that when the pageant spokesperson called his station, "They were not happy about the photos. They don't want this out there. I asked if something was wrong and they told me they couldn't comment on that and just needed to make a determination.
"Rima's a good girl. She was so incredible at the event and we don't think it should be a reflection of her Miss USA title," Mojo continued. "There are doctors and lawyers that are a part of those events we do, so we don't think the pageant should look at this in a negative way."

Of course, performing in a pole-dancing contest with your clothes on will soon be equated with claiming you were underage when a breeze blew your shirt open in front of a professional photographer, except just kidding, you really made 800 videos of yourself masturbating. I mean, the two are practically identical once you stop employing logic and recognize this woman is Obama's sleeper agent sent to murder us in the shower with affordable health care. DON'T TOUCH THAT SHAMPOO!

Woody Allen: Roman Polanski has paid for what he’s done

Woody Allen raised eyebrows at Cannes over the weekend when he offered words of support for another internationally known filmmaker, Roman Polanski.

“It’s something that happened many years ago," Allen said of Polanski’s sex scandal during an interview with French radio station RTL, according to the L.A. Times. "He has suffered, he has not been allowed to go to the United States. He was embarrassed by the whole thing."

Polanski pleaded guilty to unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977, but fled to Europe before he was sentenced. He’s now fighting extradition from Switzerland to the United States.

"He's an artist, he's a nice person, he did something wrong and he paid for it. They [his critics] are not happy unless he pays the rest of his life. They would be happy if they could execute him in a firing squad," Allen added. “Enough is enough.”

It’s unclear if Allen was aware at the time of the interview that a second woman has come forward - British actress Charlotte Lewis - claiming that Polanski sexually abused her “in the worst way possible” when she was cast in one of his movies at 16.

Bret Michaels is headed to 'Oprah'

Bret Michaels is ready to rock Oprah Winfrey’s world.

The 47-year-old rocker hasn’t even been out of the hospital for two weeks, yet he’s already lining up concert dates, and most recently, just booked a gig to appear on “Oprah” Wednesday, according to his website.

Michaels had been receiving treatment for a brain hemorrhage, and is currently in physical therapy twice a day since his late April hospitalization, but the “Celebrity Apprentice” finalist apparently is ready to get back into the game. He’s got an album out on June 8, “Custom Built,” and he plans to remain on tour through December.

Donald Trump told Access Hollywood that Michaels “turned out to be a real fighter," and he's hopeful that Michaels is up to attending the live finale on May 23. The former Poison front man is going head-to-head with actress Holly Robinson Peete for a $250,000 prize for their respective charities.

Justin Bieber fans outsmart Twitter

Hey, Twitter: don’t start none, won’t be none.

The social network attempted to outsmart Justin Bieber fans by adjusting the algorithm for its trending topics lists, but it failed as fans quickly reassembled to figure out a new way to get their favorite pop star back on the Twitter chart.

The singer had been a trending topic – meaning he was one of the most popular things tweeted about on the popular social media forum – for months, but after tinkering with the formula on Friday, topics that were “most breaking” or “immediately popular” ranked high on the trending list, as opposed to what was most discussed.

When that happened, the singer fell off the charts completely – a move that fans of the 16-year-old didn’t take too kindly.

By Sunday, fans had tweaked his name, calling him Twieber or Jieber to get around the new algorithm change. Now he’s in two top spots on Twitter’s lists, and all is well in the world.

Winnie Mandela no fan of planned biopic starring Jennifer Hudson

And Winnie Mandela is telling you, Jennifer Hudson, that she doesn't want this movie going forward.

The ex-wife of South African leader Nelson Mandela has taken issue with "Winnie," an upcoming biopic starring Hudson and Terrence Howard. Reports say Mandela, maiden name Madikizela, isn't fond of how she's painted in the script.

"We don't shy away from the controversies," said director Darrell Roodt, adding that the film is "not for Winnie Mandela, it’s about Winnie Mandela."

Though the matriarch's lawyers fear the project is a veiled "character assassination," the film producers insist the two-and-a-half-month shoot will start May 31.

"If it wasn't for Winnie Mandela, South Africa would have been a vastly different place...it's the ultimate women's movie," Roodt said.

The real Winnie isn't a happy camper, but Hudson herself was all smiles in Cannes on Sunday, looking svelte and happy at a photo call for the flick, with costar Howard in tow.

Salma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez toast Martin Scorsese in Cannes with Gucci, Vanity Fair

Sure, Vanity Fair throws a decent bash stateside, but we can't help but feel a twinge over its insanely chic party Saturday at the Cannes International Film Festival.

The magazine, in conjunction with fashion house Gucci, honored director Martin Scorsese at the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in the south of France -- along with guests Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault, Naomi Watts, Benicio del Toro, Meg Ryan, Tommy Hilfiger, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane, and Jennifer Hudson.

Gucci creative director Frida Giannini and VF's Graydon Cater hosted the famous bunch for dinner, followed by cocktails with the likes of Harvey Weinstein, Christian Louboutin, Tim Burton, Catherine Deneuve, Karolina Kurkova, Pharrell Williams, Oliver Stone, Naomi Campbell, Gael Garcia Bernal and Joan Collins.

Talk about a turnout only Scorsese could draw -- although many of his glittery guests are also in town to work, including Watts, who earlier had debuted her Woody Allen-directed flick "You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger."

Nicole Kidman works the phones for Tennessee flood relief

While hubby Keith Urban was onstage Sunday at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium with a host of music stars, Oscar winner Nicole Kidman was among those working the phones, helping raise at least $1.7 million for Tennessee flood relief.

"Music City Keep on Playin’ -- A Benefit for Flood Relief" was kicked off by Brad Paisley, and the roster included Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Sheryl Crow, Keb’ Mo’, CeCe Winans, Kellie Pickler and Martina McBride, among others. Will Hoge closed with a Hurricane Katrina-themed tune, "Washed by the Water."

"I was driving down Highway 100 and I saw houses standing there and everything that made them a home in the front yard," Bentley said before joining Paisley onstage. "And I think seeing the Grand Ole Opry House under water gave the flood a face."

If you're the type who likes to keep track of who donated and how much, check out the report from the Tennessean, which has plenty of details, among them the fact that Jack Daniel's Distillery, out of Lynchburg, Tenn., was among those in the $100,000-donor club.

It wasn't only musicians sharing their experiences, the Tennessean said -- among others, a local vet talked about losing some of the animals in her care at the time. As "Desperate Housewives" star and cohost James Denton, a Nashville native, said in closing: "We’re not asking for a bailout; we’ve been bailing out for two weeks. We’re just asking for your help."

The show aired nationally on Great American Country (GAC); donations are still being taken through the network's website.

Charlie Sheen Negotiations in High Gear

One involved source says, "There have been seven offers. We're going back and forth every 15 minutes."

Charlie's camp initially said they wanted a "2" in front of any offer -- meaning Charlie wanted at least $2 mil an episode for the next two years. The source claims Warner Bros. "has gone up [from its initial offer] more than Charlie has gone down."

We're told if a deal is possible, it's likely it will be done either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Alexander Skarsgard Takes Kate Bosworth Home to Sweden

It must be getting serious! Alexander Skarsgard brought girlfriend Kate Bosworth to his home country of Sweden, where the lovebirds have been getting cozy – and meeting his friends.

The True Blood hunk, 33, and the actress, 27, arrived in Stockholm Thursday and engaged in some PDA while sightseeing in the city.

"They spent the whole weekend hand-in-hand and Alex seemed very excited about showing Kate around his hometown," says an eyewitness. "Alex proudly introduced Kate to his best friends and everyone seemed to love Kate."

The couple, who stayed in an apartment that belongs to the actor’s famous dad, Stellan Skarsgard, went for an evening stroll on Saturday before meeting up with friends at the romantic restaurant Aarts.

"Kate seemed to enjoy hanging out with Alex's friends. Everyone was polite and made sure to speak English to include Kate in their conversations," says a restaurant guest. "Kate looked very in love and happy with Alex. The couple kissed at the table several times and, at one point, Kate massaged his neck gently."

On Sunday, Skarsgard and Bosworth seemed to be done with socializing: They picked up groceries at a local supermarket and made dinner at home.

David Boreanaz had what looked to be a happy birthday celebration in New York City with his wife Jaime Bergman and young son Jaden.

The Bones star, who turned 41 on Sunday, was snapped leaving his midtown Manhattan hotel with his family. As for activities, the actor and his son, 8, took a day trip to Central Park – then later enjoyed dinner with the family.

Of course, not everything's been running smoothly in Boreanaz's world: He recently admitted to cheating on his wife. "I was irresponsible," he told PEOPLE earlier this month. "We're working on our marriage. We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

Lily Allen: I'm Not Pregnant – Yet

Lily Allen made headlines in the U.K. recently when she told a radio interviewer she wanted to take time off from her music career to have a baby. Then on Monday, she made them again, after stepping out in London sporting a baggy dress – and fueling rumors that she was, well, expecting.

Alas, the stork is not ready to pay Allen a visit – yet. After those pictures spread, the 25-year-old singer stopped the chatter by Tweeting, "I'm not pregnant. FYI."

In Dec. 2007, Allen announced she was expecting her first child with then-boyfriend Ed Simons. But in Jan. 2008, the singer revealed she had a miscarriage.

In the radio interview with Absolute Radio from last week, Allen, who is dating decorator Sam Cooper, said she understands motherhood would be a full-time job.

"I know what commitment it takes to release an album," said the singer. "I don't think that mixes well with the idea of settling down and having children, which is ultimately my main goal in life and more of a priority than flying around the world jumping up and down on stage singing songs."

Has Robert Pattinson Buzzed Off His Long Locks?

Not even a week after his appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show with his legendary sexy tousled locks still firmly in place, Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson was spotted hiding what looks to be a new buzz cut under a baseball cap while out and about in Los Angeles this weekend. While it’s difficult to see his entire head without x-ray vision, it appears that the British actor has at least shaved the sides of his hair into a close crop. Could it be that our favorite Hollywood vampire has given up his bed head for a more tamed look? Will this new cut be like garlic to his legions of Twihard fans? If it’s anything like Adrian Grenier’s new do, we won’t be too upset (we think)! Tell us: What do you think of Robert Pattinson’s new hair cut? Will he still hold his appeal with a buzz cut?

Lindsay Lohan is cured, everybody

Of sobriety and whatever you call it when your pryo-crotch isn't jutting out.

Seen here drunk off her ass in Cannes last night, Lindsay Lohan gave an interview before heading to France (after the jump) where she literally believes she's not going to jail and will complete her remaining alcohol classes in time because, obviously, there's not even a drinking problem to begin with. Via TMZ:

Lohan, who is clearly living in the world of denial, says she needs a few more weeks to fully complete her traffic school obligations.
The judge has made it clear -- Thursday is D-day, and if she is in violation of probation LiLo is going to jail. And, if Lindsay is shy of 13 on Thursday, the judge will almost certainly issue a warrant for her arrest if she doesn't show up for court.

What I love most about Lindsay Lohan is she's never sober enough to realize there's eight billion pictures of her getting shitfaced at any given moment, yet she spends her few lucid moments telling the paparazzi she's cleaned up her act. I'm sure they just smile and nod then wait no more than five minutes for her to hump a fire hydrant. "I'm on top of my game now, gentleman. They're gonna put me back in the movies. Now give it me to you watery, red bitch! *throws up* Mm, yeah, you like that."
